Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to offer products and process orders. Questions about purchases from this store should be directed to us.

Card sleeves, deck boxes, display accessories, and physical video games may be compatible only with particular sizes, products, platforms, or regions. Contents and editions can vary; check the individual listing and do not assume accessories are interchangeable.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. We will not increase the agreed price of an accepted order without your consent.

Orders are subject to payment verification and product availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund for the unavailable item or another option that you agree to.
If a significant listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before fulfillment. You may accept the corrected information or cancel the affected purchase for a full refund.
If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any associated charges that no longer apply.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If a delay or delivery problem occurs, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

We offer a 30-day return request window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.
